        fuels specialists arrived to ensure 24-hour coverage, effect
        liaison with Army forces, and conduct field assistance visits.
        Unit supply and fuels forces deployed witb aircraft aviation and
        combat support unit type codes. During the Phase Two aircraft
        plus-up, supply and fuels personnel requirements doubled. At the
        height of Operation Desert Storm, a total of 2061 supply and fuels
        personnel were within the AOR. Base closure mandated the
        reconstitution of Harvest Falcon assets. Therefore, additional
        personnel were brought in to manage tbe reconstitution effort and
        an AFLC Combat Logistics Support Squadron Rapid Area Distribution
        Support (RADS) cadre arrived to assist witb the initial aggregation
