             (1) Phase I
                   (a) Provide LAB package to Zrd BDE.
                   (b) Move to and occupy FOB BASTOGNE.
                   (c) Establish hasty casualty decon site in the
     vicinity of 3rd LAB.
                   (d) Receive OPCON of ground ambulance section from
     34th Med Bn.
             (2)   Phase II.
                   (a) Provide direct medical support +ram 3rd LAB.
                   (b) Provide general medical support to 3rd and 12th
     BDES.
                   (c) On order, after draw down a+ FOB BASTOGNE,
     relocate Med Co (-) to 3rd LAB location and continue to provide
     Support.
             (3) Phase III.
                   (a) On order relocate to FOB DAK TO and 3rd LAB
     guard position.
                   (b) Relinquish general medical support mission to
     85th Med Bn (-) during rearward passage a+ lines.
                   (c) Release OPCON ground ambulance section upon
     completion of passage a+ lines.
             (4)   Phase IV.
                   (a) Provide direct medical support from 3rd LAB.
                   (b) Provide general medical support to 2nd SDE from
     FOB DAK TO.
             (5)   Phase V. Be prepared to support future operations.
         g.  Delta Company.
             (I-) Phase I.
                   (a) Provide 2 aircraft in direct support to 101st
     AB for EPAC operations.
                   (b) Provide 2 aircraft each in direct Support to
     lst, 2nd, and 3rd BDEs for movement to and occupation of covering
     force area.
                   (c) Provide Army Airspace Command and Control
ay to 57th Med Det.
                   (d) Move to and occupy FOB OASIS with remaining
     aircraft in general support to the Division.
             (2) Phase 11.
                   (a) Provide 2 aircraft each in    direct support to
     Ist, @@nd and 3rd BDES.
                   (b) Receive 2 aircraft_+.rQM 101st AB upon
     a   I      a+ EP@@ Sort mission.
