                    Pre-configure CL VIII push packages and be prepared
      to sling load them forward.
              (4) On order provide personnel, equipment and Supplies
      +or reconstitution.
         d. Alpha Company.
              (1)   Phase 1.
                    (a)  Provide LAB package to lst BDE.
                    (b)  Move to and warm base FOS A'SHAU.
                    (c)  Be prepared to receive surgery squad(s) at FOB
      A'SHAU.
                    (d)  Establish casualty decon site in the vicinity
      a+ FOB A'SHAU.
                    (e)  Receive and support Battalion alternate CP at
      FOB A'SHAU.
              (2) Phase II. Provide direct medical support from lst
              LAB and area support from FOB A'SHAU.
              (3)   Phase Ill.
                    (a) On order relocate lst LAB to guard force area.
                    (b) Continue to provide area medical support +ram
      FOB A'SHAU.
              (4)   Phase IV.
                    (a) Provide direct medical support from Ist and
      101st BDE's  LAB'S.
                    (b) Provide general medical support to lst, rd and
      101st BDES.
              (5) Phase V. Be prepared to support future operations.
          e. Bravo Company.
              (1) Phase 1.
                    (a) Provide LAB package to 2nd and 12th BDES.
                    (b) Move to and occupy FOB OASIS.
                    (c) Establish hasty casualty decon site in the
      vicinity a+ FOB OASIS.
      34th Med Bn.  (d) Receive OPCON a+ ground ambulance section from
                    (e) Receive and support Battalion Assault CR at FOB
      OASIS.
              (2)   Phase II.
                    (a) Provide direct medical support from 2nd and
      12th LABS.
                    (b) Provide general medical support to lst and 2nd
      BDES.
                    (a) On order, after draw down a+ FOB OASIS,
      relocate Med Co (-) to 2nd LAB location and continue to provide
      Support .

                    (a) On order relocate.to FOB DAK TO and 2nd LAB
      guard position.
                    (b) Relinquish   general medical support mission to
      85th Med Bn (-) during rearward passage of lines.
