              (b) Plans and Operations NCO,,. paragraph 103;g line 52 will be
      released as a replacement as necessary after arrival in theater.

      E. MEDICAL.

          1. Shot  records.

              (a)  All units Will ensure that soldiers$ individual yellow
      shot records PES-731, accompany soldiers/unit on deployment. All other
      medical records will remain at home station until theater is matured.

          2. Medical Supplies. Non-medical units are authorized only the
      materials standard to their medical sets# kits# and outfits. Medical
      officers may draw controlled substances from DXBO to support DRB*
      Aviation Task Foreel and other major units. Other than bulk,, CTA items
      may be requested; receipt will be in country.

          S. Debarkation Medical Issue. Each deploying soldier of DRB 11
      Aviation Task Force* and the Assault Command Post (ACP) will be issued
      the following medical emergency equipment at the PAX holding area:

              (a) One each liter plastic bag IV fluid (RL or NS), with
      starter set and IV needle to be placed in the interior top flap cover
      pocket of the soldier's rucksack*

              (b) Two each 21-tablet packages of nerve agent pretreatment
      tablets (PB tablets), to be taken continuously I every 8 hours
      commenoing on order of the commander. Tablets will be carried in the
      left hand cargo pocket of the desert battle dress uniform pants*

              (e) One each plastic bag containing 8 malaria prevention
      tablets, to be taken I tablet every Monday for the duration of the
      deployment. Tablets will be carried in the left band cargo pocket of
      the desert battle dress unifo4=,Rantse
              (d) Three each bottles@'6f iodine tablets to be used in the
      event non-potable water must be ingested* One bottle to be carried in
      an accessible location.

      Eo COMBAT LIFESAVER CLASSES. classes are being conducted 2 times per
or scheduling is G3 Schools,

      F. PROFIS I?ILLERS. Fillers are being managed by MEDDAC. These
      personnel will be assigned to gaining units NLT 3 days prior to
      deployment. Prior to assignment., OFF/WO will be released from MEDDAC
      for unit POR and after-duty critical training only. VOC is Division
      Surgeon office*
