         SUBJECT: VII Corps MSC SITREP Issues (U)

                  (8) +&) Need fill of three  V cant warrant officer
         positions, MOS 25OA/B. Positions are critical for COMSEC and
         record communications. (Gl)

                  (9)      Leave and Earning Statements (LES) are not
         available for soldiers. There is not a firm date as to when they
         will be available. This is a morale issue. Request action to
         ensure timely delivery for all Corps soldiers in theater. (Gl)

                  (10)      Request immediate release of 1200 chemical
         protective overgarments (CPOG) to this unit in order to meet
         Corps Commanders requirements for NBC protection. We have
         several CASCs operating in the forward Corps sector, in the
         vicinity of divisional screening assets. Numerous CPOGS which
         have been employed by the Brigade from war stocks were damaged by
         wet weather, all 1200 garments have exceed their serviceability
         window of 14 days.   (G4)

             K.   @ 14th MP BDE. Need to fix critical equipment
         shortages in reserve units. Currently short 34 M60 machine gun
         mounts, 170 armor vests, 141 vinson secure speech devices and 533
         night vision devices. (G4)

         3. (U) Each staff section required to provide a status update
         on listed actions NLT 2000 (LCL) daily to G3 Operations, CPT
         Sisson, 643/902.

         4. (U) POC is LTC Christopher G3 Ops, or LTC Martin DG3, TASS
         9-9977-118/623.
