  1. The RED 17 (bMR/R) will be     prepared by Division Clearing Stations as requested by
  the senior medical command and    control headquarters.

  2. The RED 17 (MRR/R) will be     submitted through the    DISCOM Medical Operation    Center
  to the Division Surgeon daily as of 1200 to arrive 1000 the game day, (unless
  specifically contradicted by OPLAN, exercise objective, LOI). Primary means of
  transmission to the Division will be a facsimile message. Alternate transmission
  mediumg will be secure VHF telephone or messenger. Facsimile massages will be rotited
  through GI to the Division Surgeon.

  4.  Noteg/Definitions:

      a. The Medical Regulating Requegt/Report provides evacuation data.

      b. Clearing Stations will consolidate evacuation requests from subordinate
  units.

      c. Include in paragraph 2, Evacuation Request, total patients not previously
  reported that require medical regulation and movement. Do not include previously
  reported patients who have not moved.

      d. Remarks Section:

           (1) Report total number of allied patients, EPW'G, and nonmedical
  attendants that are included.

           (2) Report any special equipment or personnel requirements for patient
  movement.
