                  (a)  Medical (MI14)

                  (b)  Psychiatric (QPCI)

                  (c)  General Surgery CSGS). Includes all surgical needs not otherwise
    specified as well  as all patients who, regardless of diagnosis, can be cared for
    by a general surgeon. Other surgical categories should be used only when special-
    ist care is absolutely required when considering the large numbers of patients
    requiring care.

                  (d) Burns (SBN). Includes only those patients who require special-
    ized care in specifically designated burn centers.
