          5. (U) OBSERVATION: The rapid pace of the brigade attack often
          outdistanced the division O/I net.

          6. (U) DISCUSSION: Intelligence affecting the brigade close
          battle was obtained through extensive coordination with adjacent
          units. Intelligence was received from division via the division
          command net which caused unnecessary congestion of that vital C2
          frequency. TACSAT updates were only available when the brigade
          TAC was stationary.

          7. (U) RECOMMENDED ACTION: Establish an O/I net on a separate
          TACSAT or AM secure net for offensive operations.
