            5. (U) OBSERVATION: The quality and adequacy of aerial
            photography at the user level was extremely poor.

            6. (U) DISCUSSION: Few aerial photographs of the area of
            operations were made available to the brigade and subordinate
            battalions. What little that was provided was of  poor quality.

            7. (U) RECOMMENDED ACTION: Our system is capable  of better
            quality in a more timely manner. Maneuver commanders deserve
            these products.
