          5.  (U) OBSERVATION: The use of battalion task forces was
          critical to the success of the operation.

          6. (U) DISCUS81ON: We had the right type of configuration to
          allow critical class III and V carried by the 260th CSB to get
          to Objective Orange. The attachment of HET companies to the
          541st CSB was critical to the police of the combat trails
          leading to the battle positions. The attachment of additional
          supply and service assets to the 548th CSB allowed class I and
          water distribution at the right time.

          7. (U) LESSON LEARNED: The decision to provide logistical
          support far forward was a brilliant move and ensured that the
          required class III and V would arrive in the battle areas as
          required.
