           d. (U) Searches of Diplomatic Personnel and Property:
   .)iplomats, diplomatic missions and diplomatic documents are protected from
   search. In the absence of specific guidance from the Cdr, VII Corps, do
   iot search the person or property of a diplomat, their mission or
   -esidence or their diplomatic pouch or vehicle. Contact higher
   Headquarters immediately to obtain assistance in identifying a diplomat or
   oerson enjoying diplomatic protection or immunity. If specific guidance
   is issued by the Cdr, VII Corps, on search of persons or property enjoying
   diplomatic protection, a LTC (0-5) or higher ranking officer must be
   oresent to supervise the search.


       (S) GEOGRAPHICAL CONSTRAINTS.


            a.       Entry into Iraq, Iraq-controlled territory, territorial
   .kirspace and territorial waters is authorized for ground units, aircraft
   and ships designated to attack, provide required support to the attack
   4orce, provide reconnaissance or conduct search and rescue (BAR)
   Dperations.

            b.       Hostile -Forces or aircraft will not be pursued into
   Territorial airspace or territory of a non-belligerent nation without that
   iation's consent, unless the force attacked from that territory or
   Dersists in committing hostile acts after it has entered that territory
   Rnd the neutral nation is unable or unwilling to immediately neutralize
   -he hostile action of the hostile force. Pursuit into the territory of a
   Nonbelligerent country will only be done with the prior approval of CG, I

            A. (u) Shoot all enemy soldiers in uniform, day or night,
