             ng the TF Commander, LTC Hallman as the lead tank in the Task Force.
         LTC: Hallman orders C Company bact, on line with himself and they comply.
         Artillery fire seems to be moving through the task force. As C Company
         moves forward again, 3rd Platoon identifies BMPs to the front..They wait
         to insure that the entire Scout Platoon is back. Once the scouts have
         returned SSG Palmer of C33 fires 2 sabot rounds, SFC BlossoinAof C34 i
         sabot round, and together,thly destroy 3 BMPs at 600m.
            C Company next receives' orders to withdraw on line with D and B
         Company. B14 sees a hotspot at 1200m and coaxes troops at 800-900m as they
         withdraw. On +iring his coax SFC Ashley realizes that he has lost ;-iis zero
         from the long road march. He rezeroes as he engages the 10 running
         dismounts. As C Company withdraws for the second time, C66 throws track an
         the left 41ank of the company. 'C65 provides suppressive fires at dismounts
         100m to the front of the disabled C66. Cil and C12 also pull forward and
         C12, now commanded by SGT Groeniger, destroys a BMP at 1300-1400m with
         sabot. B Company pulls forward a platoon to overmatch the recoverv of C66.
             CPT Szabo dismounts his tant, and takes over Cli, sending 2LT Place
         over to C12. Cil's secure device is inoperative, forcing CPT Szabo to
         dismount again, this time with Cll's aux radio. He takes over C65, sending
         ILT Cox to Cll. C66 is eventually recovered by 1SG Fiaoni, the M88, and
         the BMT, CW2 Fields. They collectively are able to walk the tract, back on,
         and the 1S(3.@acfs the? tank back' to the company combat trains.
             Mortars/ariillery continues to fall as CPT Szabo identifies a BMP at

         over 4000m. He thinks that it may be an Iraqi forward observer because he
         can see the glint of binoculars being used by the vehicle commander. The
ed forward, with it's head broken, and CPT Szabo identifies
         the target for SSG Katula to +ire. The first 155mm illumination round
