             As the Task Force prepares for the 2nd bound of the night attack, SGT
        Wical Sees short rounds fall to the left front of the company formation.
        The rounds have no effect on the Engineer Company.
             At about 0830, 2LT Caldwell can finally see two BMPs to his front at
        about 3000m. He watches as two tanks in D Company fire 3 rounds. The first
        round misses, but the second blows the turret off the BMP, and the third

        causes the last BMP to explode.
