              ANNEX D TO XVIII ABN CORPS OPLAN DESERT DRAGON III (U)
              LOGISTICS (U)


              1. (U) GENERAL.


                  A. (U) Purpose. To provide policy and guidance for logistical
              support of forces assigned or attached to XVIII Ahn Corps.
                  b. 'N     ConceDt of Support. Logistics support is austere. Supply
              Support is provided by lst COSCOM (-) by means of Supply Point
              distribution. Bulk POL is provided by Host Nation and local contract.
              Transportation is provided by host nation support, limited direct support
              mission assets, and organic unit means when available. Services are
              provided by a combination of civilian contracted Support and host nation
              support. Priority c4 supply and distribution is to unit, DSU'S, and then
              SS base.


              2. (U) SUPPLY.
                a. *ft) Corps-Level. lst COSCOM (-) establishes Class I/I(W), and
              Class V supply points. Units request resupply through Corps Support
              Operations Center ("Blackjack BaE;e" - vicinity UK057237), 2nd Support
              CentL,r, via message, normal requestiiilj procedures, and, for CL VII, the
              LOGSTAT report. Locations of Ist COSMM (-) supply po3Lnts: CL 1, II, IV,
              IIIP, VI - UKOSOOYS (20 Sop 90 will relocate to LiK99.9lB7); CL III (retail)
              - UK080033; and, Corps ASP - UK095075. ri III (Bulk) (Appendix 1).

                b. (U) Division/Regiment/Brigade-Level. Supply Support Activities
