                         Unit-Level. Units will build and maintain 5 DOS CL I of
           operational rations, l@ DOS CL III(P), mission critical CL IV, unit basic
           load of CL V, and 15 009 CL VIII. Operational rations will be consumed
           only if host nation provider cannot support operational requirements.
           T-rations will be consumed bef ore KRE's because of shelf life.    A 1-day
           supply of contracted bottled water will be maintained at unit level based
           on planning factor 3 BL per can per day-
               d. 'N     Theater and GS-Levels. Build up will occur once forward
           units are filled and SSA's/DSU's have achieved operating and safety
           levels.


           3. (U) SERVICES.
               a. ?k) Transportation. Coordination for transportation will be made
           with 330th Movement Control Center (MCC), collocated with ACafS, 64,
           vicinity XVIII Abn Corps CP. Available types of host nation
           transportation assets include buses, light/mediLLm trucks, and HETS-
           Commanders should consider contracting transportation locally for missions
           requiring urgent unit transportatiUFi above organic means. lst COSCOM
           provides Arrival/Dr.?parture Control Group CA/DACG) and Consolidated
           Receiving Poiiit (CRP) services CUK151063).
               b. X Maintenance.
                    (1) (t) Ground. lst COSCOM C-) ground maintenance team
           (UK0130033) provides limited automotive, artillery, small arms,
           communications, and power generation repair on an area basis. CL IX
           (Ground) is  provided on a limited basis. This; activity is programmed to
.

                    (2)       Air. lst COSCOM C-) provide, aviation intermediate
           maintenance  (AVIM) and CL IX (Air) supply (UK@067).
               C. (@     Medical.
                    (1)  (@ Evacuation. 3rd tmtil-lon ground medical evacuation is
           limited to nonstandard means.

                    (2) (N Hospitalization. A USW Air Transportable Hospital
           (ATH), vicinity King Abdul Aziz Air Base, DHAHRAN, is the primary
           hospitalization site. Evacuation chain is from division level to USAF
           ATH. Patients will be stabilized wid evacuated by USAF mean-; as soon as
           possible. Air medical evacuation is provided by standby U@1-60 in
           accordance with XVIII Abn Corps 63 mission tasking. Air medical
           evacuation (MEDEVAC) is available by contacting XVIII Abn Corp-, CP-
           Host nation assets in AL JUBAYL CMDDA Haviil Hospital and the Al Fabateur
           Hospital) and DHAHRAN (MODA Air Force Bi-@.) are available for emergency
           hospitalization.
