                       (b)      Dloi3d. XVIII Abn Curp-; units will be provided supply
            point distribution of blood from the Blood Shipment Unit (BSU) in the AL
            JUBAYL Naval Hospital (ErS-361-1234 - ext 3909, POC LTC Malloy)- The BSU
            will push liquid blood products to the blood transshipment center (BSC)
            Collocated with the USAF ATH at DHAHRAN. Corps medical units at all
            levels will consolidate and submit blood reports to the 44tli Medical
            Brinado CUK080033) daily. Units will pickup blor3d products from the BTC
            at DI:AHRAN.


                  (4)       Preventive Medicine:
                       (a) (%) Polyvalent snake anti-venom and scorpion anti-venom
            is available at the USAF (Ist Medical Group) ATH- The USAF Alli will
            maintain the stocks until a requirement for anti-venom administration is
            identified.


                       (t3       714th MLd I)et "), entomological medicine, provides
            Corps level preventive medicine support.
                       (C)  (\) Commanders must consider use of Nerve Agent
            Pre-Treatm.ent Tablets (pyridostigmine bromide) when enpmy agent is
            imminent. Dosage is one tablet every 8-hours. Resupply may be requested
            through 32d riEI)SOM (-)I NSN 6505-01-17ki-7903.
                  (5)  k) Future Medical Assets.

                       (a) Evacuation. 12 U14-60 MEDEVAC aircr,aft will becrac!
            operational on or about C+27.

                       (b) hospitalization. Thc! 28th Combat Support Hr3spital (CSil)
eds and
            hospitalization for general classes of patients in the Corps rear area.
            (exported location UKIb-2061).
                d.  &) Graves Registration (GRREG). A Joint Mortuary Point is
            located in a parking lot across frmn BLDG 946, King Abdul Aziz Air, Base,
            DIIAHRAN.


            4. (U) COORDINATING INSTRUCTIONS.

                a.. ?%) Automation. For SSA's equipped witli SARSS-1 or SARSS-0, the
            document perpetuated will identify the Theater Break Bulk Point and
            Supple!-.iental Address of the SSA. For SSA's witht3ur SARSS, unit DODAAC's
