          2. Khobar Towers and KKMC

             a. Commanders will set'specific guidelines for their area of
          operations.

             b. Guards and personnel off post will assume MOPP level 4 when
          there is an explosion or unidentified aircraft releasing
          bombs/bomblets or spray.

             c. The company NBC NCO will immediately relay NBC-1 reports,
          and follow-up with NBC-4 reports to the Bn NBC NCO.
