           theater level health services support to Army forces in the

           AOR, provide Veterinary support to all US forces in the AOR,
           provide Preventive Medicine support to ARCENT forces in the AOR,
           provide health services support, hospitalization and evacuation
           for displaced civilians and enemy prisoners of war detained or
           captured by US forces, provide management of the ARCENT blood
           program, provide aeromedical evacuation support to the USNS Mercy
           and Comfort, and provide centralized management for health
rvices host nation support.
