               a. Concept a* the Operation:

                   (1) 176th Engr Go:

                         (a) Conduct route recon of MSR ALMA, MARY, PACKARD,
          NEW YORI"V CALIFORNIA and UTAH north of PL NEW JERSEY and east of
          the 46 degree 00 minute easting. Repair, maintain and mark/re-
          mar@, these routes as necessary.

                         (b) Be prepared to recon and rL-pair/ma2ntain/mark
          MSRs VIRGINIA, COLORADO and TEXAS to the west of the 46 degree 00
          minute easting within the Vil Corps sector (former XVIII
          Airborne Corps).

                         (c) Be prepared to perform one time maintenance of
          supply routes in the IAD sector. This effort is a lower priority
          than main MSRS.

                         (d) Be prepared to conduct demolition operations In
          11 Combat Aviation Brigade sector.

                         (e) Be prepared   to support restoration of airfields
          in division/regiment area, to    handle limited C-130 traffic at the
          following grids.
