                  CJ. (U)  323rd Chemical Company (Decon).

                      (1)       Attaches two platoons to 3AD effective Phase i.

                      (2)       Be prepared to provide decontamination
              support to  the rear area of operations.

                  h.  (U)  181st Chemical Company (Decon).

                      (1)       Be prepared to provide decontamination support
              to the rear area of operations.

                      (2)       Be prepared to provide priority decontamination
              support to corps units moving through the south side of the
              breach site.


                  j. (U) Coordinating Instructions.

                      (1)       Snake support will be employed to
              decrease friendly force vulnerability, for deception
              operations, and to degrade enemy forces' C3 and target
              acquisition capabilities.

                      (2)       Commanders, at all levels, are responsible for:

                          (a)       Defense against enemy chemical and
              biological attacks, and continued operations in a contaminated
              environment.

                          (b)       Developing plans to treat, decontaminate
              and evacuate CW casualties.

                      (3)       Position decontamination points to preclude
              contamination of potable water sources.

                      (4) (U) Non-potable water sources will be used for
              decontamination operations whenever feasible.

                      (5)       Chemical units are to be prepared to conduct
              decontamination operations with USCENTCOM and allied forces.

                      (6)       US policy renounces all use of biological
incapacitating chemical
