             ANNEX I (NUCLEAR, BIOLOGICAL, AND CHEMICAL DEFENSE) TO VII (US)
             CORPS OPLAN 1990-2 (OP6ERATION DESERT SABER),


                 b.       ist Infantry Division (Mech). Be prepared to
             decontaminate all units within the corps' breach sector.

                 c.       3rd Armored Division. 22nd Chemical Company NBC
             Reconnaissance System (NBCRS FOX) platoon OPCON to 1ID(M)
             effective Phase 1. Platoon returns to divisional control upon
             3AD's passage through the breach.

                 d. (U) 2nd Chemical Battalion.

                      (1)       Provide command and control fo- assigned or
             attached chemical units in the VII Corps sector.

                      (2)       Attach the 172nd Chemical Company (SG)
             (Mech) (-) to 2ACR effective Phase I..

                      (3)       Attach the 181st Chemical Company (Decon) to
             7th Eng  Brigade effective Phase 1.

                      (4)       Be prepared to provide decontamination
             support  to the rear area of operations.

                 e.   (U) 51st Chemical Company (Decon).

                      (1)       Be prepared to provide decontamination support
             to unit  reconstitution efforts.

                      (2)       Be prepared to provide decontamination support
             to all units in logistics support area north of the breach site.

                 f. (U) lith Chemical Company (Decon).

                      (1)       Provide priority of support to aircraft
             decontamination operations.

                      (2)       Attach one decontamination platoon to 2ACR
             effective Phase 1.

                      (3)       Be p@epared to provide decontamination 4,
             support to the rear area of operations.
