             a. A source
                      identified the missiles used in the government
      takeover of Kajif as FROGS. DOI 27 Mar 91
             b. An anonymous civilian told interpreters at least 7 secret
      police roadblocks exist on the four lane road between Al Zubair and
      Safwan. Each has 5-7 uniformed soldiers with machine guns and
      military trucks. Near Safwan, the checkpoint restricting traffic into
      the city is as close as ikin from the ist US checkpoint. The
      checkpoint near Al Zubair restricts traffic out of the city. NFI;
