           rF @-66 AR.- The TF destroyed 17 M-46 field guns, 8 D-30, 4 D-'-70.

           2-66 AR: D-@10, D-20 arrayed in static defense with berms.

           ,Ii@D: M-46 in Northeast Kuwait.


              DE TAC: M-46, D-30 in typical fan-battery configuration.

           2. How did you perceive the enl-my's defense: A defense in dlpth>
           -conomy of force? What was his orientation?

           TF 1-41 IN: Elaborate system of bunkers arrayed in a static
           --fense.

           7'- 3-66 AR: Enemy was arrayed with a linear defense oriented
           , t-
           @@OLIth. The defense lacked depth and had been reduced by friendly
           @,iir. Second echelon operational defenses were vacant, with enemy
           @orcl,s having withdrawn, however they were well constructed to
           provide an operational defense in depth.

           1-1 66 AR. Linear defense oriented South.


           -198 Se: Defense was not as formidable as expected. Physical
           i,irriers overestimated.

           3'-' BDE TAC: Withdrawing enemy utilizing tank platoon rearguards.
           .i.so, a dug-in infantry company with 1-2 tank platoons and no
           -R.t.illery support.

           ?. Wlia-, do you perceive as the strengths and weaknesses of the
           ir,tqi Army? Of the RGFC?

           .F-- 1-41 IN: During the TF IRON Counterrecon battle they seemed to
           ,iow the range of -Friendly weapon systems. The enemy would come
           -approximately 3km -From our positions in the security zone.

           ;Fo-,-66 AR: Strength   infantry defensive positions, Amount of
           &(4u:Lpment. Weaknesses  operations and tactics and command and
           control.

           2-66 AR: Enemy was poorly equipped, fed and disciplined.

oss of morale and will to fight. Army suffered from lack
           of logistic including food. Poor officer morale and leadership.

           3-' liDE rAC: No strengths could be estimated. Unable to comment on
           @,GFC because Bde did not encounter them.
