             5. (U) OBSERVATION: Personn6l did not update HIV tests during
             birth month.


             6. (U) DISCUSSION: Soldiers who did not update HIV in their
             birth month felt they would have to wait until the next year.

             7. (U) LESSON LEARNED: Units must schedule personnel for HIV
             test during birth month and ensure tests are documented.

             S. (U) RECOMMENDED ACTION: Units monitor HIV testing to ensure
             tests are kept up-to-date.
