                 b. IID(M) Decon Capability Analysis. Capabilities - 6 Decon
Platoons; 6000 Division vehicles times ten percent contaminated per
            day equals 600 vehicles.
                     - Deliberate Decon: 6 vehicles per hour times 6 sites
equals 36 per hour for the Division. 600 vehicles divided by 36
            equals 16.6 hours. Consumables: 3000 gallons DS2; 330,000 pounds
            STB, and 270,000 gallons water.
                     - Hasty Decon: 30 Bn Sites tines 20 vehicles per hour
equals 600 vehicles. 18 Chemical Company sites times 20 vehicles
per hour equals 360 vehicles. 600 plus 360 equals 960 total
vehicles. Consumables: loo gallons water times 600 equals 60,000
            gallons water.
                     - MAJ(P) Polley, CHEM, IID(M), said they will do hasty
            decon only.
                     - Water Haul Capability to/thru the Breach. M12 haul
equals 21,600 gallons. Two hasty decon sites with 9K gallon water
drop each equals 18,000 gallons. One decon site with 6K
water drop equals 6,000 gallons. Each 3,000 gallon pod for
Sanators equals 9,000 gallons. Total amount is 54,600 gallons.

                 c. MAJ McNamara, TAC Chen, reported 3AD unable to get HTH from
800th MMC because Corps Chen had not published a distribution plan.
TAC was informed that no plan was published. However, a CSR had
been established on IITII and other decontaminants.

                 d. LTC Lombardi, Rear, stated per BG McFarlin, COSCOM Cdr, all
CPOG numbers will be passed only via the COSCOM Corimander's SITREP

on Hafar al Batin. Fuming nitric acid can peg the neter for
mustard and burned out the detector cell within 1 minute.
Hydrazine will cause a false reading for G-agent. We passed this
information on to all units via E-mail.
