pudex. Contractor left the country. 535th EN DET will cmplete
installiaticn and no EM. Transformer being installed at IQUA site; EM is

contractor still laying cable. Fixed generators. Contractors expects to
deliver all generators and trailers by the end of February to 3/43 ADA
EN. All 12 mobile generators and trailers are now in country.
E) ARCENT HQ Power: Transformer installed. 535th EN DET
preparing bill of materials for emergency power plan. SCECO began work at
school House on is Feb; ECD is 28 Feb. SCEOC) began site work on 201st NI
Field Station on IS Feb; EM is 28 Feb.
F) ESKAN Army Airf ield Power: The Work request With guidance
has been forwarded to 2ild ASB,
G) CLass IV (Barrier):
1) Concertina: 13,000 rolls available at IOGBASE BRAVO;
4,000 rolls available at 321st MMC at DAMMAN.
2) Barbed wire: RCCH procuring 20,000 spools through Host
Nation; delivery to start 26 Feb to LOGBASE BRAVO.
3) Pickets: 110,000 each, various Sizes, available at
LOGBASE BRAVO; 76,000 each, various sizes, are at 321st MMC.
4) Sandbags: 5,000,000(+) at 321st MMC and 2,700,000(+) at
LOG3ASE BRAVO.
H) Class TV (Construction):
1) Gravel: Gravel is available for pick-up from quarry vic
NS4062. 155th EN CC) (CS) is on site as augmentation. 416th ENCC)M arid
30th EN BN are working to identify potential aggregate sources in Corps
Sectors.
2) Dust Palliative: 997 barrels (52,800 gallons) available
at LOGBASE BRAVO; only loo barrels issued to date. Contractor still
awaiting empty trailers. Contract for delivery of 9000 barrels (477,000
gallons) awarded. 280 barrels delivered on 23 Feb to Ash-Shubah. No
update yet for 24 and 25 Feb.
3) Crude Oil: G4 POL, LTC Hodges, arranged access to
pipeline at Al-Qaysimiah starting 251200 Feb; manned 24 hours. Working on
second access point to line. Delivery #1 (80K gal to XVIII ABN Corps) -
80K arrived, Delivery #2 (80K gal to VII Corps) - 56K arrived, Delivery #3
(48K gal to VII Corps) - lost?, Delivery #4 (120K gal to XVIII ABN Corps)
- contract drivers delivered 80K to VII Corps; remainder enroute and
Delivery #5 (48K gal to VII Corps) - departed 25 Feb. Both Engineer
Brigades agreed that all Riyadh shipments should go to XVIII AEN Corps;
VII Corps will draw from pipeline. G4 POL contracting for 20 crude oil
trucks frcxn second contractor as original contractor could not deliver
before 2 weeks which was too late to met need.
4) Airfield 14atting: 445K sf, of AN2 and 500K sf of XK-19
unloaded at Warehouse 15 at port. VII Corps picked up two sets of XM-19;
all but 6 trucks closed on ICMASE ECHO. XVIII ALIN Corps matting has been
delivered to Vic LOGBASE CHAPJIE. AN2 to be delivered to 165th S&S at
TOGBASE BRAVO.
