                          E) ARcERr HQ Power: Transformer installed. 535th Et4 DEr
              preparing bill of materials for emergency pudex plan. SCBM began work at
              School House on 18 Feb; EM is 28 Feb.     SCEOO began site work on 201st MI
              Field Station on 18 Feb; BM is 28 Feb.

                          F) ESKAN Army Airfield Power: The work request with guidance
              has been forwarded to 2r)d ASB,

                          G) CLass IV (Barrier):

                             1) Coricextina: 13,000 rolls available at IOGBASE BRAVO;
              4,000 rolls available at 321st MMC at DAEMAN.
                             2) Barbed Wire: RCCK procuring 20,000 spools through Host
              Nation; delivery to start 26 Feb to LCGEASE BRAVO.
                             3) Pickets: 110,000 each, various sizes, available at
              LOGBASE BRAVO; 76,000 each, various sizes, are at 321st MM.
                             4) Sandbags: 5,000,000(+) at 321st MM and 2,700,000(+) at
              IDGBASE BRAVO.

                          H) Class IV (Construction):

                             1) Gravel: Gravel is available for pick-up from quarry vic
              NS4062. 155th  EN 00 (CS) is on site as aup*ntation.      416th ENCOM arid
              30th EN EN are working to identify potential aggregate sources in Corps
              Sectors.
                             2) Dust Palliative: 997 barrels (52,800 gallons) available
              at LOGBASE BRAVO; only 100 barrels issued to date. Contractor still
              awaiting empty trailers. Contract for delivery of 9000 barrels (477,000
              gallons) awarded. 280 barrels delivered on 23 Feb to Ash-Stiubah. CPT
              Alexw-ider cheddm delivery status.
                             3) Crude Oil: G4 POL, LTC Hodges, arranged access to
              pipeline at Al-Qaysumah starting 251200 Feb; mamed 24 hours. Working on
              second access point to line. Delivery #3 (48K gal to VII Corps) - lost?,
              Delivery #4 (120K gal to XVIII ABN Corps) - contract drivers delivered 80K
              to VII Corps the rest lost>; Delivery #5 (48K gal to VII Corps) - diverted
              and arrived at XVIII AEN Corps on 26 Feb; and Delivery @16 (48K gal to
              XVIII) - departed 26 Feb. Both EngineL-x Brigades agreed that all Riyadh
              shipments should go to XVIII AEN Corps; V-II Corps will draw frcffn
              pipeline. Iruspected 20 rental tankers for US drivers use on 26 Feb.
              Working to prepare and sign contract within rmct 2 days.
                             4) Airfield Matting: 445K sf, of AN2 and 500K sf of XM-19
              unloaded at warehouse 15 at port.    VII Corps picked up two sets of XK-19,
              but cannot find them at LOGBASE ECHO. XVIII ABN Corps matting has been
              delivered to vic LOGBASE CEAPJIE. AM to be delivered to 165th S&S at
              I)OG3ASE BRALVO.

                             5) Saudi-cor-rtrolled Class IV at EKMC: BG Schardein to meet
              with LTC Assaf.
                             6) Harzard Marking Tape: Contractor delivered red/white
              diagonal plastic tape on 26 Feb to 416th ENoCt4; enroute to IOGBASE BRAVO.
