                      A) CUFdM?r OPERATIONS: Range Road is Red. 43D EN BN continues
              to repair a sub-base failure; BCD is 15 MAR to initial standards.     SE MSR
              Dodge is Azber. Traffic diversion oontimes, one way from MSR Dodge to
              Old Tapline Road between 0800 to 1700 hours daily to permit required
              shoulder repair. 208 of 224KM have been repaired. Ihe unit will continue
              f irial improvements until I MAR, wet weather has continued to impede
              progress. No detour will be required. All other roads still green.
              SWAPDOP - Pipeline project: Phase V 71% 145KK of rigid pipe has been
              installed. Three hundred Hauls are the estimated requirement for
              this phase. Two-hunderd seventy-four hauls completed to date.      Fuel to
              Alpha by 1 NAR. Final rigid pipe construction complete by 10 MAR. 641
