                     B. EAC/416'IH ENOON: Engineer Status Report #61 02093OZ MAR 91 and
                Cmmk-eider's SITREP #75 02093OZ MR 91

                         A) CLO@M OPERATICNS: Range Road is Amber. 43D EN BN continues
                to repair a sub-base failure; BCD is 15 MAR to initial standards.           SE MSR
                Dodge is Green. The shoulder repair is complete. 224 of 224RM have been
                repaired. The shoulder will require continuous maintenance.            All other
                roads still green.     SWAPDOP - Pipeline project: Phase V 80% 177KM of
                rigid pipe has been installed. Quartermaster has ceased hauling pipe to
                complete this segment, the line has been successfully tested to Pump
                Station #7. EPW COMPOLNDS:       Eastern Site: Camp #IA 90% continuing
                installation of force main and check valves. Facility will be reported
                complete once all engineer tasks are ccaplete including lighting and
                sanitary facilities. Western Site: #2 85% Engineer effort on site is
                complete. 'Ihere are 22 tmj'ers, 320 latrines, and 135 showers on site.
                Digging sumps and improving roads continues. The sanitary lagoon is
                complete. Additional requirements for EPW processing are underway. #2A
                80% 100% of camp is bermed. The sanitary lagoon is ccaplete. Additional
                retiirmmts for IEPW processing are undexway.

                         B) ENGINEER ISSLJES: Class IV Update: lW4C - Aggregate continues
                to be hauled to MSR Green with no interruption on flow; a total of 32,000
                cubic meters of aggregate is to be delivered to Patriot Sites. Additional
                aggregate has been requested. 144 cubic meters of concrete is scheduled
                to be delivered,2 MAR 91, for the Air Force constructed K-Span.

                         C) PRIOR= OF WOIU<: Priority is to pipelines, then MsRs.

                         D) PRIORM OF SUPPORT: N/A

                         E) TOPOGRAPHIC SLJPPOIC: N/A

                         F) PROPOSM OPERATIONS: A new road status reporting system is
                being finalized. A qualitative MSR Report will be submitted daily to the
                ARcE"r Engineer via 416th Engineer Status Report (per SOP). A
                quantitative MM Report will be submitted weekly by separate
                correspondence.
