                          I) Class IV (Construction) :

                              1) Gravel: Gravel is available for pick-up from quarry vic
              NS4062. 155th EN 00 (CS) is on site as augmentation.
                              2) Dust Palliative: 843 barrels (44,679 gallons) available
              at LOGBASE BRAVO. Contract for delivery of 9000 barrels (477,000 gallons)
              awarded. 1874 of 2000 barrels delivered as of 27 Feb to Ash-Shubah. 4126
              barrels to be split between LOGBASES BRAVO and BCM. Remiru'.ng 3000
              barrels and bulk issue option on hold, but available if needed. CERIA)M
              RCC24 POC is CPT Alexander.
                              3) Crude oil: Al-Qaysmnah pump broken; ARAMCO repairing.
              No Em. second access point to line will take two weeks to construct; do
              not anticipate urgent need then. Bath Corps indicate continuing need for
              crude oil. 468K gallon remains on order; expect SOK to leave 3 Mar for
              XVIII AEN Corps.
                              4) Airfield Matting: VII Corps picked up two sets of
              XK-19, but cannot find 19 truck loads. LTC Carxiido and r-W4 Hoffman, 800th
              MMC, are trying to locate. XVIII ABN Corps rattuig has been delivered to
              vic LOG3ASE A-MME. AN2 will be stored at Warehouse 15 at port. Corps
              being instructed to turn in Tnattirig to 165th S&S Co at IKKW.
                              5) Harzard Marking Tape: Contractor delivered red/white
              diagonal plastic tape on 26 Feb to 416th ENCO[4. Available at IqM.
                              6) Barbed Wire: ROC14 procuring 20,000 spools through Host
              Nation; delivery delayed to 3 Mar to IOGBASE BRAVO. 14,000 of 45,000 each
              1.7m rebar pickets delivered to KKMC on 27 Feb.

                          J) Contract Status: Reviewing all unstarted construction
              projects for need and suitability; will provide input to CENTCOM by 4
              mar. initiated staff action to start construction Project Review (CPR)
              Board at HQ, ARCERR.

                           K) MSR Status:

                  West Range Road     Amber, 43 EN BNIS is now DM 1 Mar
                  East Range Road     Red, has been deferred.
                  SE Dodge            Green, shoulder work revised ECD is 24 Feb due to
              rain delay/damage.
                  NW Dodge            Green, cold patch work casing minimal traffic
              disruption.
