    Is                     A) Theater EPW Carps: Both ERONX and BROOMYN are 98% complete
              and can handle 48,000 EPWs each. ReminiM work to improve waste water
              collection on both sites does not affect overall capacity.

                             1) Phases I through III are complete
                             2) Phase IV: no demand from UX;BASES; will shut do@m to lay
              15 miles of rigid pipe; EM is 5 Mar.
                             3) Phase V is 193M to ID93ASE M@PM. 178M layed, 178.EM
              coupled, 112]KM aligned and tested. Interim completion date is 1 Mar. QM
              assets have amsed hauling support. Pipeline unit does not have haul
              capability at present. Line is operable to PS#7 (96KM mark); 475th is
              preparing a teqmrary station. Final connection to complete 193KM run to
              IDMASE A and BCD is 10 Mar. G4 POL plans to cmplete.

                           D) Patriot Power: DBAHRAN battery is hooked up to cmvercial
              pmer. UWUM AB Battery Contractor left the country. 535th EN DEr and
