                         B) Corps EPW Caq:)S: Operating

                         C) Pipeline:

                             1) Phases I through III are complete
                             2) Phase IV: no demand from LOGBASES; will shut down to lay
             15 miles of rigid pipe, BM is 5 Mar.
                             3) Phase V is 193Kt4 to LOGBASE ALPHAL. 178Kt4 layed, 178KM
             coupled, 112M aligned and tested. Interim completion date is 1 Mar. QM
             assets have ceased hauling support. Pipeline unit does not have haul
             capability at present. Line is operable to PS#7 (96KK mark); 475th is
             preparing a temporary station. Final Connection to complete 193KM run to
             LOGBASE A and ECD is 10 Mar. Initial report is that G4 POL plans to
             complete.

                         D) Patriot Power: DHABRAN battery is hooked up to commercial
             pudex. DHAMRAN AB Battery Contractor left the country. 535th EN DEr and
             SUPCCM engineer working; no BCD. Transformer being installed at IWA
             site; revised BCD is 4 Mar. Riyadh AB, on fourth site; project complete.
             Fixed generators. Contractors will deliver two generator/trailers on 2
             Mar; remainder on 5 Mar. All 12 mobile generators and trailers are now in
             country.

                         E) ARCENT HQ Power: Transformer installed. 416th MOM
             procuring materials for emergency power plan and requesting cancellation
             of emergency back-up project. SCEOD began work at School Haise on 18 Feb;
             BCD is 4 Mar.

                         F) ESIQN Army Airfield Power: The work request with guidance
             has been forwarded to 2rid ASB,

                         G) 86th Signal BN Power: Plan for commercial power connection
             has been forwarded to ARCERR G3.

                         H) Class IV (Barrier):

                             1) Concertina: 13,500 rolls available at IOGBASE BRAVO;
             2,200 rolls available at 321st NW at DAMMAN.
                             2) Pickets: 129,000 each, various sizes, available at
             LOGBASE BRAVO; 28,000 each, various sizes, are at 321st MMC.
                             3) Sandbags: 1,283,000(+) at 321st NW and 3,900,000(+) at
             LOGBASE BRAVO.
                             4) Saudi-controlled Class IV at IOM: BG Schardein to meet
             with LTC Assaf.

                         I) Class IV (Construction):

                             1) Gravel: Gravel is available for pick-up from quarry vic
             NS4062. 155th EN 00 (CS) is on site as augmentation.
                             2) Dust Palliative: 843 barrels (44,679 gallons) available
             at IOGBASE BRAVO. Contract for delivery of 9000 barrels (477,000 gallons)
             awarded. 1874 of 2000 barrels delivered as of 27 Feb to Ash-Shubah. 4126
             barrels to be split between LOGBASES BRAVO and ECHO. RemairL'Ulg 3000
             barrels and bulk issue option on hold, but available if needed. cERiccm
