             lighting and sanitary facilities. western Site: #2 85% Engineer effort on
             site is complete. There are 22 towers, 320 latrines, and 135 showers on
             site. Digging sumps and improving roads ccntimes. The sanitary lagoon
             is complete. Additional requirmmts for EPW processim are underway.
             #2A 80% 100% of camp is benned. Ihe sanitary lagoon is complete.
             Additional requirements for EPW processing are underway.

                     F)   PROPOSED OPM@AMCNS: A new road status reporting system was
             finalized, 27 FEB. A qualitative MSR Report will be submitted daily to
             the ARCERR Engineer beginning 4 MAR, via 416th Engineer Status Report (per
             SOP). A quantitative MSR Report will be submitted weekly by separate
             correspondence.

                     1. VII OORPS/7TH ENM BDE: Engineer Report #50 032400C MAR 91

                          A) CUFDMU OPERATTONS: VII Corps Engineers continue to
             support maneuver forces. Effort is concentrated in mobility operation and
             denial operations. Engineers support mobility by clearing enemy obstacles
             where needed and improving roads and trails to support resupply. denial
             of enemy equipment and marking of hazardous areas is being conducted by
             engineers assisted by BOD Detachments. NDSA Road is cleared down to the
             Pr 78 E/W Grid Line. VII Corps requested relief from requirement to clear
             southern portion which runs through a complex obstacle. Awaiting response
             from ARCERR.


                          B) ENGINEER ISSUES:

             institutionalize the fixes. other units should riot have to continue
             experimentation. Extensive destruction efforts are rapidly depleting
             Corps Stocks for Blasting Caps, Det Cord, Time Fuze, and Fuze Igniters.
             Corps has increased stockage levels. However, theater does not have the
             munitions. ARCERR G4 reports Det Cord, Fuse Igniters, non-electric caps
             and Time fuze will be airlifted into theater. Based on density of enemy
             anum sticks and equipment in VII Corps AO, request all of this equipment
             be designated for VII Corps.
