                      (18) (U) Medical Returns to Duty. USARCENT is theater
              executive agent for return to duty (RTD) personnel operations
              from the communications zone (COMMZ). USARCENT will ensure that
              personnel returning to the USCENTCOM AOR from hospitalization in
              the COMMZ (USEUCOM) are properly processed from the time they
              are released from hospital until the time they are processed
              through the personnel centers in the AOR. As a minimum, each
              major hospital location that serves as an aerial point of
              debarkation (APOD) for evacuees will be staffed by component
              personnel activities to coordinate the processing of RTD
              personnel and to validate transportation requirements. when
              directed by JCS, USEUCOM will provide required logistical
              support, office space, and billeting for both personnel activity
              staffs and RTD personnel awaiting transportation.

                      (19) (U) Spot/Field Promotions. TBD.

                      (20) (U) Single/Dual Military Service Parents. DA
              Regulations will apply.
