         DEC 1990      Ist mission received- I ambulance to support the Aid Station at
                       Log Base Alfa.

      24 DEC 1990      Threatcon increased from Bravo to Charlie.


      26 DEC 1990      Ist SCUD alert, 3 missiles fired from Iraq; border hit, no
                       casualties.

      28 DEC 1990      "Red Dragon" Alert 1200-1212 hours. Unit responds.

      30 DEC  1990          Shepard, SSG Harris, SPC McClendon arrive. 12th EVAC
                       arrives, 42nd provides ground ambulance support.

        IJAN  1991     Cross leveled ambulances with 651st Medical Company.         Recieved
                       ((3) M1010's for (6) M997's.


        9JAN  1991     Attached to the 217th Medical Battalion, 341st Medical Group,,
                       332nd Medical Brigade.

      11 JAN  1991     Unit relocates 2 mile west of Log Base Al+a, 10 miles north

      15 JAN  1991     Deadline for Iraq to leave Kawait.

      17 JAN  1991     0300 hours- Airwar begin- Coalition Forces begins bombing
                       ]Bagdad, Iraq.
                       0400 hours- Saudi Arabia hit by SCUD missiles. Unit put into
                       MOPP IV.
                       0430 hours- 42nd begins PB TAbs.
                       0730 hours- MOPP IV ends, PB Tabs discontinued.

      IG JAN 1991      Tel Aviv bombed by SCUD missiles from Iraq Unit alerted,
                       bunkers and perimeter fighting positions completed.

      22 JAN 1991      Sgt Johnson received     Red Cross message.

      24 JAN 1991      2nd Platoon receives     commitment to Ist Cavalry Division:
                       2 ambulances to KKMC     lst Cav Rear.
                       @ ambulances to F Co     lst Cav 27th MSB.
                       4 ambulances to C Co     115 FSB.


      25 JAN 1991      3rd Platoon receives     commitment to Ist Cavalry Division:
                       6 ambulances to C Co     15 FSB.

      26 JAN 1991      3rd Platoon ambulances positioned with C Co 15 FSB, Ist
                       Cavalry Division.

      27 JAN 1991      Headquarters and    Ist Platoon relocate 8    mile s west of
