             SUBJECT: Change I to RFCT Predeployment NBC Training and
             Certification for Desert Shield


                  b. Units report to Polly Hall site at 0730 or 1300. Report to
             CTT site in case of rain or snow.

                  c. Uniform - MOPP 2 with complete LBE/Revlar.

                  d. Training - 2-32 will provide equipment necessary to run the
             site and ensure stations are set up daily at 0715, and at 1245.

             S. Milestones -

                  a. Wednesday, 5 Dec. IPR #11 1300 hrs (Ed Center, Rm 103). Bn
             chemical officer/NCO. Topics to be discussed: this memorandum,
             evaluation standards. Name of evaluators are due at this meeting.

                  b. Friday, 7 Dec, IPR #2, 1300 hrs (education center bldg
             4678, rm 103). All evaluators. Brief conduct of each station.

                  c. Wednesday, 12 Dec, 0730, NBC training and certification
             begins for RFCT.
