           SUBJECT: Change 1 to RFCT PreDePlOYment NBC Training and
           Certification for Desert Shield


                     (1) Provide 2 chemical NBC NCOB per Bn, except 2-32 AR,
           to be station trainers and evaluators. This tasking is for 18
           days, 12-29 Dec 90. These soldiers should be exempt from all other
           duties during this period.
                     (2)  Ensure soldiers assigned and NBC temyng are trained on
           all tasks per  soldiers manual of common tasks (STP 21-1), prior to
           certification  date.
                     (3)  Provide a by name list of personnel assigned to each
           NBC team and every soldier assigned to the unit to Ede S-3 NLT 7
           Dec 90.
                     (4) Provide a sequence of units participating per the
           time schedule provided below to Bde S-3 NLT 7 Dec 90.
               C.    2-32 AR. Provide chemical officer to serve as site OIC
           and 24 NCOs to be station trainers and evaluators.

               d. Unit NBC NCOS. Provide each soldier with the following:
                          I Tng M256 Kit (sampler).
                          1 Tng M58Al Kit.
                          1 Tng NBC marking kit per squad.
                          2 Rolls brown masking tape (per company).
                          Enough repair parts i.e. hoods, filters, etc per
           company.

           4. Coordinating instructions.
               a. Iiime Schedule. The following schedule is based on 4 hours
           to run a company/battery size unit from 0730 - 1130 and from 1300
           17'00 hours.
