            ACTIVITY: Task organization of chemical units within 3AD.

            ACTIVITY: Report of possible contact with blister agent from 2d
            BDE 3AD.
            DATE/TIME:011830L Mar
            DESCRIPTION: A Cavalry Scout (.19D) while on a search and destroy
            mission was exposed to an H-series agent. Confirmation 6f the
            chemical agent was established by the NBC RECON vehicle Fox. It
            gave a positive mass spectrum for HD, HT and HQ chemical agents.
            Clinical confirmation came from inspection of the scout, review of
            the clinical history and positive urine test for the presence of
            thiol diglycol, a breakdown byproduct of mustard (blister) agent.
