c. Missions will be conducted per the Task Force Victory
Transition Plan.
4. DORA Arrival & Departure Procedures
a. PCs will report compulsory reporting points (CRP) "in the
blind" on FM 42.20 with their intentions. CRPs are WHISKEY
(QT583525), SIERRA (QT705445), MIKE (QT716485), and ECHO
(QT802459). Aircraft will remain on FM 42.20 when inside the
CRPS.
b. PCs will follow routes as depicted on the 1:50,000 map in
Avn Det operations.
S. Authorized Landing Zones. The authorized landing zones,
except for actual MEDEVAC missions are DOHA North, DRAO Pad,
Kuwait International Airport, Montery, pibbs Range, DOHA West,
and the American Embassy Pad. Other landing area must be specif-
ically approved in the mission briefing.
6. Crew Endurance
a. The duty day begins when a crewmember begins those duties
associated with aviation operations. The duty day ends when
those duties are completed.
b. A crewmember will receive at least 8 hours off-duty
between duty days.
C. Duty days will not exceed 12 hours in duration. Flight
time will not exceed 8 hours, factored IAW AR 95-3.
d. The Company Commander is the waiver authority. This
authority has been further delegated to the detachment commander
if required.
7. Restricted Areas
a. Area enclosed by grid QT 720520, QT 740520, QT 720510, QT
740510 until completion of EOD operations.
b. Kuwait Tank Range.
C. 3 KM radius around grid QT 832330 until completion of EOD
operations.
d. DOHA West, unless prior coordination has been made with
Victory Ops and/or radio contact has been established with
Victory Base on FM 42.20 prior to landing.
e. Gibbs and Red Devil Ranges, unless coordination has been
made on FM 42.20.
