                         (9) Units will ensure personnel have two
          fingerprint cards DD Form 369 (Police Record Check). One copy
          will remain an file at home station POR processing center and
          personnel will hand carry one copy.

                         (10) Units will arrange for storage of privately
          owned vehicles.

                         (11) Units will arrange for storage of privately
          owned weapons prior to personnel departure. Private weapons will
          not be transported to SWA.

                    (b) Reporting Procedures. Once a uni+-/individual
          soldier has been alerted for deployment, they will be POR IAW AR
          600-8-101, AR 612-2 and USAREUR Regulation 612-1. The results
          of the POR will be forwarded from the units to H(21 21st TAACOM,
          ATTN: AERPE-IEE, APO 09325-3730 or STU-III 4(33-13676, by the most
          expeditious means available. The report will include as a
          minimum the total POR'D (separating military from civilian), the
          number qualified and the reasons associated with each
          unqualified soldiers/civilians. Additional reports will only be
          required when additional soldiers POR.

               (2) Stop Loss. Effective immediately, implement STOP LOSS
          provisions for, ell assigned soldiers IAW CINCUSAREUR MSG,
          AEAGA-M, I-OCIS : Aug 90, Subi: USAREUR Personnel Deployability
          Criteria f or : r?r t Shield, and CINCUSAREUR MSG, AEAGA-M,
          3IIE328Z Aug 9(@,      Suspension of Active Component Voluntary
          Separation of Cf;,.::ers and Enlisted Personnel (STOP LOSS).

               (3) Civilian ;@,?rsonnel. DAC personnel will be processed
          for deployment -,Eing predeployment processing outlined in DA
          PERSCOt%l MSG, TAF---@108, DTG 11180OZ Oct 90, Subiz Desert Shield
          Guidelines for Dep!3ying DA Civilian Employees to SWA. Visas
          are required for CAf7 and Civilian Contractors deploying to SWA.

               (4) Mainten-@rzc? of Unit Strength.

                    (a) Critical MOS/Specialty shortages that can not be
          cross-IL,veled must be identified immediately to Cdr, @-Ist
          Personnel Group, PTTN. AERAG. Units will deploy at 100% a-F
          current ALD.


                    (b) Strenqth Reporting.

                         (1) Upon arrival in SWA, deploying units are
          attached to ARCF7NT.
