               ANNEX L    (Field Sanitat-lon) to 507th Med Co (AA) FSOF

               1 .PURPOSE:       To direct procedures -For pest control,                 waste
                  dispcsal, water treatment, and latrine construction.

               2. RESPONSIBILITIES: Field sanitation.team members:

                  a.   assist -Food service personnel to prevent and correct
                       unsanitary conditions
                  b.   supervise water treatment
                  c.   supervise the construction of garbage and soakage pits
                  d.'  supervise'latrine construction
                  e.   train soldiers in insect protective measures
                  f.   apply traps and poisons
                  ..g. direct -the -correction of. unsanitary'-'c;ond.itions

                       frequently and report -findings to the commander
