                   health. The extraordinary effort with both active duty ar4 FC goldiers
                   has bom praised by the A=rV Staff. Their efforts were truly hemic
                   " deserve special thanks. The efforts. by CC)L(P) Oxldy and his staff
                   in 7th IW=4 to deploy three HA TE&TS Were Superb. The tlnits proved
                   themselves. You will be happy to know the FC units ra4 uvrking in
                   Germany ar4 rany FC dentists in OMS a-re doing extremly               They
                   have dale great %,ork for us, ax,,e at great Ww-zl hardship.
                       Considering that rC dental health was 2-3 times worse than Active
                   Duty soldiers, we should do all we can to get than in dental Class I
                   or at least Class 2 as they re-deploy. This will start the ball
                   rolling to odniniize workload for future itobilizations. It is also a
                   very important FC recruiting inamtive. Bealtn Caxe is a valuable
                   incentive. You can help!

                       Plans are row reirq made for the future support and restoration
                   of Kuwait and Sout@@st Asia. I cannot speculate on 4iat type of
                   dental support will be reqmxed, but I have great oo-Lfidexce in our
                   'pl&rz)ers and our office to coordinate " develop ideas. If needed
                   %m will provide support. v@e nust wait unt-il plans &re finalized to
                   know to what extent.

                       BG Strader (USW will retire this m)nth &-4 a suomssor will-
                   so= be named. he has been an aggressive and rlich appreciated FC
                   General Officer. I'm very pleased COL(P) John'Oiddy, 7th @M)O@M, was
                   ftlected for proration to BG and he will report to M in July to
                   replace BG Brady. BG Brady has done great at HSC and will be assigned
                   as the DOG, 7th MMOa,'.

                        OOL Jim FAy is my new Senior Dental Corps Staff Off ioarl OOL Bob
                   Mgsburger, in Vay, will be=re tk* Dental Consultant in my office
                   replacing CDL Newb.-y who will be the new O'Lief of Dental Corps Branch,
                   PERSOOM. COL Pxrpton takes COL Gary Allmi's place as Director of Dental
                   Graduate ard Continuing Edvcat-ion @tm ODL Allen 9@es to Senior Service
                   Sc.)=l (ICAF). OOL Craig ),tore will replace OOL Parrp= in my office.
                   LTC Doug Lake and W Paul Dmlap will omtint)e tl*-ix outstar4ing
                   effort.s in resource and adq-@,nist-rative aspects of the office. I'm
                   pleased Marie is continuing her outstanding role as Executive Secretary.
