         Therefore, the immediate action interim change no, 101, AR 640-10

         letters of appreciation and commendation in the OXPF,, except for

              The Vice President of the United states
              The Secretary of Defense
              The service secretaries
              Chairman,, Joint Chiefs of staff
              Chiefs of sarvices

         The change of filing letters of appreciation will be published in
         AR 600-8-104 MILPER Info=ation Management scheduled to be
         published during calendar year 1991. This new regulation will
         replace AR 640-10 and AR 640-2-1.
