5.   ~fl) Given our present inventory I would suggest the

following for consideration:


     a.
              One-half of our current Anthrax vaccine reserve

(10,000 series) and one-half of our current ciprofloxacin reserve

(25,000 bOttles) could be lade available to Friendly Forces in

the event of Suspected or proven exposure to Anthrax.

consultation.
