administration work. India Company continued to cross-
training with Saudi forc4s.
January Battalion helo planning tell participated in planning at the
TF TARO CP. India Company and Kilo Company observed MTT
classes on @rmor identification and defense. India Company
continued to cross-train with Saudi forces. NBC and BAS
worked on establishing an NBC casualty site. Liaison was
made between the Battalion staff and Senior Quatari officers
to present an armor class on the AMX-30 tank. 81mm Mortar
platoon conducted drills on massing fires.
January CrOBB-training was conducted for India and Kilo Company with
the Quatari AMX-30. Classes covered capabilities,
identification and destruction method using Company organic
weapons and improvised devices. India Company continued to
cross-train with the Saudi forces. MTT gave a class on armor
identification and defense to Lima Company, Weapons Company,
and H&S Company. Battalion NBC personnel continued to work
on decontamination and NBC casualty sites. Pay call was
conducted at the Battalion defensive position.
January MTT presented a class on mines and boobytraps to the
Battalion. India Company continued to cross-train with the
Saudi forces. Lima Company and Weapons Company attended a
presentation by the Quatari forces,on the AMX-30 tank.
Classes covered capabilities, identificiation, and
destruction using organic weapons and improvised devices.
Battalion NBC personnel continued to work on decontamination
BC casualty sites. A hot line was established with the
Haw -f battery on our left flank. This line provides us with a
warn@ng of incoming enemy aircraft.
13 January India Company continued cross-training with Saudi forces.

-NAPP and Dizapam were issued with accompanying instructional
classes to H&S and India Company.
January India Company continued to cross-train with the Saudi
forces. Kilo, Weapons, and Lima Companies were issued NAPP
and Dizapam with accompanying instructional classes. S-2
section briefed the Battalion on the current intelligence
situation and held a question and answer session. NBC
'conducted training on modified deliberate decontamination
and NBC casualty decontamination sites with monitor/surv6y
teams integrated in.
'Tanuary Personnel continued to improve defensive positions and
reviewed classes on battle skills and medical treatment. H&S
Company conducted a live fire. Seabags were transported to
DSA. Lima Company conducted helo embark/debark training.
India Company continued training with the Saudi forces.
