            develop raw weather data utilizing organic meteorological assets,
            format into CL)M (see TAB       B, App 2, Annex 0       in the regimental
            and send to Headquarters        3c3 Marines NBC using FLASH precedence over
            the Regimental Tactical Netwoi-k.
