II. observations/Notes:
* I was saying we could have utilized the reserve company setting
up a decon but because of the amount of personnel that we received
prior to coming over here. It was a whole lot of new personnel
they would have had to have a whole lot of supervision and that
would have pulled me away from the COS -- left wholes in it. It
would have lef t my NBC NCO or my LCPL to discuss any of the
" which they are capable of doing, fully aware of
verything that I do I try to make them make their decisions the
same way I would and actually in training -- talk to the COL, take
recommendations, to give the feeling in case I am not in the
picture so we work in exchanging jobs more or less.
But when we got over in SWA biggest problem that I've seen the
coming over here not in gear on MPS shipping. The type of
gear that was an MPS shipping was so vague. one moment we were
ent we were not taking them.
* Noticed some of the gear we had in stock we just took over this
account, there were alot of sizes suit sizes that are totally bogus
for the MC. We don't need triple X or small, double X or small
suits, or even extra small. We need to concentrate more on the
Small, Medium and Large area and get above the large you end up
swimming it. Every Marine tried a suit or a sample suit on prior
to coming over with the flight jacket on. We are wasting alot of
money in producing these types of suits and it seems that these are
the majority of the types of suits we have. So we left all those
back in the States and what I did have or could salvage which were
Small, Medium or Large I did bring over. When we got the MPS
shipping in the sizing was still under what we were going to
get. Looked like everything was gearin@g down toward the Small
