               C. Echelon II and III care are the responsibility of lstFSSG
          and NAVCENT, respectively. Echelon II care is projected to continue
          to be available atz
                    CSSA-3 (near Al Jaber Air Field)/Charlie CCCo;
                    Al Khanjar/Delta CCCo;
                    Al Mishab/Alpha CCCo;
                    "Marine Corps Hospital" (MCH), Al Jubayl/Foxtrot SSCo.

          Echelon III care is projected to continue at:
                    Vicinity Camp 15/Fleet Hospital 15 (for 1-2 weeks)
                    Bahrain/Fleet Hospital 6.
          Dental care is available at all of these facilities. A "Mass
          Casualty Response Team" is being organized out of MCH to respond to
          emergencies in the Al Jubayl vicinity. Army Echelon III facilities
          are scheduled to remain open.

               d. Prescribed load: all medical personnel will carry a Unit
          One during redeployment. If units are designated for maintaining
          immediate redeployment capability, they should plan AMAL embarkation
          with other unit gear as appropriate.

               e. Casualty evacuations

                    (1) Immediates: Dedicated helicopter evacuation is
          available at the Division Main CP, Tanajib and Kuwait International
          Airport. Contact unit Air Liaison Officers (ALOs) to ensure that
          plans for Urgent MEDEVAC requests are current. Another source of
          information is Charlie CCCo. Note: As the MEF DABC has been
          disestablished, MEDEVAC destinations will be determined by the
          supporting MAS in conjunction with the requesting unit.

                    (2) Delayeds and Routines: Casualties falling into either
          of these categories are Priority or Routine MEDEVACs. Primary
          evacuation should continue to be by ground transportation.

          4. CLASS-VIII-ISSUES. The following is per MEF guidance.

               a. MedLogCo will only accept MPS AMALs. and only after they
          have been through "Alpha Staging Areas" for washdown and
          agricultural inspections.

               b. Any non-MPS AMALs are to shipped back to Camp Lejeune (or
          other reporting unit destination) for turn-in at MedLogCo. This may
          entail many units embarking more gear for redeployment than the unit
          brought in country, but
          unit will have its PWR available-througbggt_rgggglgyM@nt_gog_After
          to meet conting2ngies. Even 1i the__@RK has TAC markings not from
          Camp Lejeune, embar@ it anyway.

                                           (3-4
