          4 -  Received instrumentation for laminectomies.

          5 -  SeaBeas completed construction and installation of floor
               decking, elevating the entire hospital, eliminating problems
               of water draining under the hospital.

          6 -  PFC Greg Parker, USMC became the 2,000th patient to receive
               X-rays.

          8 -  The first Myclogram study is conducted in Radiology.

          8 -  The first vascular case and first blood transfusion was
               performed in the OR.

          10 - The first nourosurgical case was conducted, a partial
               laminectoray and L5 diskoctomy.

          11 - A sound level meter, obtained from USNS Mercy, was used to
               conduct a baseline level survey of the hospital compound.

          11 - A drain, cut into the parking lot around the galley, was
               completed by the ScaBees. This was required due to grey
               water run-off from the galley which was seeping under the
               hospital facility.

          12 - Now scullery machinery was installed in the galley.

          12 - Pastoral Care performs first Hanukkah service.

          13 - Work began on a "sprung tent" which would become the now
               galley.

          14 - Navy Surgeon General, Vice Admiral James Zimble, visits F115.
               During his visit, VADM Zimble tour the hospital, had dinner
               in the chow hall and conducted an Admirals Call with
               hospital staff.

          15 - Because the main Marine Corps post office was relocated to
               another facility, mail call at FH5 was cut back to twice
               daily.

          15 - SeaBees completed construction of 82 strong-back tents for
               berthing and ton SWAIITJTS for office spaces.

          16 - The first disease alert, a case of acute hepatitis B, was
               sent out.

          17 - The first air contrast Barium Swallow is conducted in
               Radiology.
