i - With the approval of COMUSNAVLOGSUPFOR, F115 went down to 250
beds.
4 - Began planning for retrograde.
5 - Brig. Gen. Rowe, 8th MEB visited F115.
6 - With the approval of COMUSNAVLOGSUPFOR, FH5 went down to 131
beds.
7 - The Chaplains conducted a multi-faith prayer service, prior
to the departure of the first group of personnel to return
to the United States, for all FH5 staff, reflecting upon the
personal growth of all hands during FH5's deployment.
8 - The first wave of FH5 staff, 395 personnel plus 43
aucjmentees from amphibious ships, departed to return to the
United States. This group was among the first Navy
personnel to return home.
9 - RADM Sutton visited FH5, conducted Adrairalls Call and bid
the FH5 staff farewell.
11 - Fleet Hospital Five officially closed at 0700.
